"I called in to get a quote on insurance for a house that we are closing on in a few weeks. We currently are insured through State Farm, and so I have worked with the Amanda Elam office a few times to review our policies and such, but this was my first time working with Kayle. Although I called in just 10 minutes before the end of their work day, Kayle was extremely polite, quick, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions despite the fact that I hardly knew what I was asking for (first time process for me), and told me she would even do her best to get the declarations page over to my lender before close that day. Although that quickness was not necessary, that high level of promptness and care is what I have learned to expect from this office. The next morning I had to text in and ask for the dates to be changed on the continuation of our current policy and the start of our new one, and I received a response almost immediately that they would work on that for me. Our lives are very hectic right now with selling our current home and buying a new one at the same time, on top of prepping for our upcoming wedding. Getting this taken care of so quickly and easily has been a weight off of my shoulders. Thanks Kayle and team!"
