"Have been with State Farm for YEARS, since before Amanda took over. Have home, auto, recreational and life through them. Have always had good care under State Farm, but have received peronalized excellent care since the switch to Amanda! She even made sure to schedule a sit down with me back then to make sure she knew all her clients. (I had never spoken in person with previous agent 🤣). Today I decided to review after being helped by Kayle over the phone, who helped me with several things, including an issue (all fault of ours not theirs haha) that she handled quickly and effectively and even helped me understand things that I was confused about.
